About Casa34
Casa34, established in 2007, is a European owned temporary rental agency in Buenos Aires, assisting foreign students, tourists and corporate professionals in finding a temporary apartment in Buenos Aires. It does this via its network of 150+ houseowners and other agencies through which a total of over 300 apartments in alle categories can be offered. Casa34’s added value lies in its knowledge of the city and the housing market, and the understanding of housing requirements of foreign visitors to this city.
The prime interface with the customer is the housing agent, which proposes possible and available housing options to the prospects, and upon closure of a sale, manages the whole administrative and contractual process, and assists the houseowner with the check in and check out process. In doing so, the housing agent is supported by a comprehensive backoffice (IT) system.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist prospective clients in finding appropriate temporary housing, leading to succesful sales
- Manage the administrative, contractual and financial process upon closure of a sale
- Assist the houseowner and the customer during the checkin and checkout moments
- Deal with any complaints or questions from the customer during the period of his/her stay
- Take responsibility for each customer file, both towards the customer and towards the house owner.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English is a must
- Good communication skills (telephone and personal)
- Accurate worker with keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment
